    • Ensure that all spring are NOT under tension before you dismantle them or reattach them

Limited Warranty Statement

Thank you for choosing our Square Pilates equipment. We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. This Limited Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind regarding your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Duration: This Limited Warranty covers your Pilates equipment for a period of 24+2 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Coverage: We warrant that our Pilates equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the specified warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scuffs, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
  2. Misuse or Neglect: Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling, including but not limited to, overloading the equipment beyond its recommended capacity.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties not approved by us.
  4. Natural Disasters: Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature.

Claiming Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Keep your original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. You will need to provide this when making a warranty claim.
  2. Contact Us: Notify us of your warranty claim by contact us at Customer Service in 628XXX . Include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Assessment: We will review your claim and may request additional information to assess the issue.
  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or equipment.
  5. Shipping: If a replacement part or equipment is necessary, you may be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or equipment, at our discretion. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Pilates equipment.
